CLARKATHON
TIE is thrilled to announce Clark University’s first Hackathon – CLARKATHON 2022! The event will feature alumni in tech who will mentor teams for a span of a week to create a real-world full stack project. Participants will learn how to solve real world problems using hands-on engineering approaches.
2022 THEME:
SOCIAL IMPACT
The theme for Clarkathon this year is Social Impact. All participants are required to work on projects that align with the theme in order to qualify for the prizes. In essence, the definition of social impact means any significant or positive changes that solve or at least address social injustice and challenges.

OUR MENTORS
Our mentors are industry professionals working in tech. Each Clarkathon team will be assigned 1 mentor who will guide participants through their projects and ideas for the span of 1 week.
OUR BUDDIES
At the beginning of the hackathon, our teams will each be assigned a "buddy". Our buddies are fellow Clark students in tech, who will work with the teams to ensure they have a smooth hackathon experience. They will be available to answer any hackathon-related questions, whether it be logistics or code.
