The Clark University entrepreneurship program ignites student’s passion for business by providing a hands-on, real world education. We encourage students to be curious and creative in a learning environment that fosters personal and professional growth. The entrepreneurship department hosts a number of student venture opportunities; such as business popups, accredited guest speakers, and entrepreneurial competitions to earn money while in school. By building connections with Clark’s network of successful students and alumni, students are provided with support to be their authentic selves and pursue their dreams.

F-1 and J-1 visa holders must obtain work authorization in advance of engaging in any employment related activities in the United States. Employment, including self-employment, without proper authorization is a serious violation of lawful immigration status. Working without authorization could lead to the termination of nonimmigrant status in the United States. If you have questions regarding employment authorization, please consult the International Students and Scholars Office: isso@clarku.edu.
