Just For Fun Farms offers a subscription service where you can order microgreens to be picked up at the Clark Collective Pop Up or delivered on campus on a weekly basis.
Microgreens are young nutrient-dense vegetables that can be used as a side, snack, garnish, or ingredient!
Each container of microgreens is 2 oz - I have 6 varieties.
Sunflower
Speckled pea
Radish
Broccoli
Salad Mix
Spicy Salad Mix
Each container is $4. If you want 3 containers a week that will be $12 per week. Free on campus delivery or Clark Collective Pop Up pick up.
